Lot 709 Winchester 1894 .30-30 #2791835

Lever Action Carbine, Custom Native American carved stock purportedly by Jimmie Two-Shoes (Navajo), portraying buffalo hunt. The forend shows raised carved scrolls and is a select hard wood like rosewood and, like the butt stock, is oversized. The butt stock shows same type of heavy hardwood with dark grain. And a rifle type butt plate from earlier production. The stock measures 13" to end of wood. Made in U.S.A., proof steel bbl. The frame has drifted with only traces of blue remaining. The bbl and mag tube show 90-95%. The wood is very good as restored, about 1964-1965. The action is good and bore good. Has the Arizona look!
